At Mōdish Tones we use Canada Post as our primary method of shipping. We want you to get your package as safely as possible. We use regular post. For an additional charge we are able to use an expedited service that allows us to give you a tracking number. This enables you to track your package on-line at www.canadapost.ca or over the phone at 1-866-607-6301. If you have a tracking number it will be emailed to you after your package has been shipped. Mōdish Tones is a Canadian based company. Shipping usually averages about 3-7 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days for delivery in the US. If you need your package rushed please contact me about expressing your package. If you have any questions please feel free to email. Mōdish Tones makes every effort to ship products as soon as possible. Orders are packaged for shipping from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Mountain Time Zone)Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next shipping day. This shipping policy pertains to products currently in-stock. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, or special order items will take longer to process. Customers will be notified if an order will take additional time to ship. Sometimes due to high order volume it can take up to five days to process and ship your order. After processing the order, it will be sent via the shipping method you choose. Custom made items may take longer to ship.
